We lead engineering with clarity and purpose, bringing proven experience in engineering management and Contractor’s Engineering Manager (CEM) responsibilities across rail projects. From early concept through implementation, hand back, and Entry Into Service, we provide consistent assurance, seamless coordination, and accountable delivery at every stage.
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Working in close collaboration with design consultants and contractors, we deliver strong, coordinated design management that keeps projects aligned and moving forward. By embedding the principles of Safe by Design from the outset, we help ensure risks are reduced, decisions are informed, and every solution is developed with safety, efficiency, and long-term performance in mind.
TEMPORARY WORKS
We ensure all Temporary Works are delivered in line with BS 5975:2024 as a minimum standard, bringing structure, clarity, and control to every stage. From maintaining Temporary Works registers to developing clear design briefs, we work closely with both permanent works Designers and construction teams to ensure alignment, safety, and assured delivery throughout.
